Elisha Gordon is the Vice President of Licensing for Jay Franco and Sons, a leading Home licensee. She has positive, collaborative relationships both with her licensor partners and within her organization. With the help of her team, she manages renowned brands including the Disney portfolio, Marvel, Star Wars, Nickelodeon, Fortnite, Monster Jam, Harry Potter, Ninja and many more. Elisha structured a licensing division, drove sales growth and kicked off a expansion into age segments from crib to adult. During her time at Jay Franco, the group has been nominated for numerous awards credited to their innovation, wide distribution and strong partnerships and has won the coveted Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association Licensee of the Year award.

Previously, Elisha was a brand manager for a children’s apparel manufacturer where she established the Sweetheart Rose department store brand, developing her expertise in costing, line planning, QC and sales. During that time Elisha led her department to new channels of distribution and increased on-time shipping to a notable 100%.

Through her broad category expertise, industry relationships and market knowledge, Elisha is known for her ability to think outside the box and manage licensing programs for aggressive growth.
