Frank Masterson serves as Global Licensing Business Enablement Manager for Hallmark. He oversees the strategic development, direction, and implementation of licensing systems, creative approvals, legal, safety/quality/regulatory compliance for both Brand and Acquisitions licensing across all major categories of goods including greetings, stationery, gifts, ornaments, etc.  The scope includes 50+Licensors, 150+ agreements, 10,000+ design submissions annually, 25,000+ sku’s and a baby clothing business in Asia that includes 150 retail locations.

Frank’s 35-year career at Hallmark includes over 14 different assignments in supply chain plant management roles, product innovation, business services and stints in business units including greetings, gifts, ornaments, etc.   In addition, Frank served in the US Navy as a supply corps officer on active duty for seven years and retired after 20 years of service from the naval reserves as a commander.  He also serves as  adjunct faculty at the University of Missouri, Kansas City in the evening MBA program periodically teaching various courses including ERP Systems, Leadership and Project Management.

Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Kansas and an MBA from Rockhurst University. He resides in Lake Quivira Kansas with his family.
