Speaker: Lauren Wilner

Lauren Wilner is currently the Chief Merchandising Officer for NOW//with, a shoppable video commerce network featuring shoppable celebrity lifestyle.

Prior to joining NOW//with, Lauren was the VP of business development for Macy’s Inc. In this role, Lauren led fashion focused initiatives and innovations that aligned with Macy's broader strategic objectives including Macy's Style Crew, the initiative that empowered colleagues to become Macy's brand ambassadors via shoppable video through social media, the Market at Macy's, a unique pop up business model that helped both emerging and established brands reach new audiences in some of Macy's most highly trafficked stores.

Lauren first joined Macy's in 2013 at Vice President for Macy’s Merchandising Group and took on the role of Vice President Fashion Director across RTW, Beauty, and Accessories.

Before joining Macy’s, Lauren was Vice President at HSN where she led innovation, content, and commerce in the TV retail space. Prior to HSN Lauren was a buyer at Scoop NYC where she held various leaderships roles there including director of product development, and sourcing. Lauren began her career in fashion forecasting for the Doneger Group.

Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in American Studies from the George Washington University.
